L’immagine Scintilla

Dove nasce l’idea di un albo illustrato? Molto spesso, se è l’illustratore stesso a concepirla, nasce proprio dall’immagine che fa scattare la scintilla. Il corso innescherà la ricerca tramite silhouettes, collage, pastelli e monotipo, e con esercizi collettivi stimolerà lo sviluppo della scintilla. Oltre allo sviluppo narrativo dell’idea i temi trattati saranno: storyboard e ritmo del libro, composizione, inquadratura, rapporto testo-immagine, stile e scelte tecniche.

The picture spark

COURSE FOR EVERYONE

How is the idea for an illustrated book born? If it is the illustrator who conceives it, it is quite often born of the picture that creates the spark. The course will spark off the search by means of silhouettes, collage, pastel and monotyping, and will stimulate the development of the spark through group activities. Besides the narrative development of the idea, the course themes will be: storyboard and the rhythm of the book, composition, shot, text-image relationship, style and chosen techniques.
